Fee Schedule

$170 / hour for any payment method other than cash (card, check, transfer, etc.).
$125 / hour when paid by cash.
Each surveillance session has a 4-hour minimum.

Reasonable case expenses (mileage, records, tolls, etc.) may apply and will be discussed. A retainer may be requested before work begins.

Authorization & Consent

I am retaining BlueLine Investigative Services (DCJS #11-9802) to perform lawful investigative services regarding the matter I described above. I authorize BlueLine to conduct this work on my behalf.

I certify that the information I have provided is true to the best of my knowledge, that I have a lawful and legitimate purpose for requesting these services, and that I am not requesting them to harass, stalk, or harm any person or for any unlawful purpose.

I understand the fee schedule above, that results cannot be guaranteed, and that fees are earned for work performed regardless of outcome. All information exchanged is treated as confidential.
